How long will it take for the carpet to dry?

The carpet is dry, ready to walk on within 30 minutes.  Areas that are cleaned at the beginning can usually be walked on straight away once the process in completed.

How often should I have my carpet cleaned? (residential)

Approximately every 12 months.  For those with pets and have a lot of traffic passing through then more regular carpet cleaning is recommended.  Not only will regular carpet cleaning help preserve the look and health of your carpet, but it will extend the life of it too! 

We are moving out of a rental property and need the carpets cleaned to get our bond back.  Can you help?

Can all of the stains be removed?

Whilst most stains can be removed, not all stains will come out.  We endeavour to achieve the best results we can, however sometimes there are certain stains that just can’t be removed.  This is where the benefit of regular carpet cleaning steps in, it reduces the chances of tough stains setting in and are therefore more easily removed.
